Zion Mountain Ranch

Cabins on a buffalo preserve three minutes from Zion

Mt. Carmel, Utah

THE EXPERIENCE

Where Every Moment Tells a Story

Zion Mountain Ranch sits on a buffalo meadow preserve, with its own herd, three minutes from the east entrance of Zion National Park. It is open year-round and makes an easy, comfortable base for exploring Zion with a Western ranch feel.

Guided horseback tours are offered alongside canyoneering, Jeep tours and guided hikes, so you can mix riding with the park’s famous slot canyons. Guests stay in one of 55 cabins, from one-bedroom units to large private homes, and eat at Cordwood, the ranch’s farm-to-table restaurant.

This is a ranch resort rather than a week-long dude ranch, so stays are flexible. Ask the ranch for current rates and activity packages.
