THE EXPERIENCE
Where Every Moment Tells a Story
Crossed Sabres Ranch sits in the Shoshone National Forest on the road from Cody to Yellowstone, just eight miles from the park’s East Entrance. Established in 1898, it was one of the first dude ranches to operate in Wyoming, and it is still family-owned and operated.
The ranch follows the traditional dude ranch pattern: all-inclusive six-night stays from Sunday to Saturday, from June through September, with three meals a day. Riding is at the centre of it, alongside fly fishing, hiking, wildlife watching and skeet shooting, and guests can make the week as active or as relaxed as they like. With Yellowstone so close, a day in the park is easy to fit in.
Guests stay in their own cabins with porches. Yellowstone Regional Airport in Cody is the nearest airport. Ask the ranch for current rates.
